Bridging the Gap: Closing Ethnicity Pay Gap in UK
This Ethnicity Pay Gap Conference is a one-day conference aimed at addressing the ongoing challenge of ethnicity pay gap within UK organisations.
Organised by the Office for Institutional Equity (OIE) at the University of East London (UEL), this conference convenes leaders, policymakers, researchers, and advocates to discuss why this issue is critical, explore successful interventions, and share practical tools and strategies that can be adopted to drive tangible improvements.
With the government set to mandate ethnicity pay gap reporting for all organisations, this conference comes at a pivotal moment.
Thought leaders from various organisations, who have had some success in losing this gap and seen meaningful impact will share their knowledge and practical ways to tackle and address the ethnicity pay gap.
